Small (S/M) should be for children. It was a bit short for a small grown woman. Customer service got a bit confused when I tried to exchange it and they refunded the money. They refunded my shipment because I called ahead to ask for the sizes. I didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping and returning twice. (I ended up paying extra for return shipping.) I reordered the M/L and it's too big. Lately the styles are more on the hip, I can use it now but I'll probably have to trim it down a bit and poke another hole to wear it smaller. The rest is genuine leather, beautiful style and cute.
