It's hard to beat a swivel mount at this price point unless it's a piece of crap. Luckily, this mount is pretty good. The content was clearly labeled and easy to identify. However, the instructions may require some work, which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. If you are only using the center plate for a 100x100 or smaller VESA mount, then simply align it. However, if you are using 200x100 or 200x200, you will need to install extendable brackets. When installing, do not tighten the levers with the center plate. Loosen the screws, then align the outside edge of the arms with the mounting points on the TV, then mark the corner and tighten the screws at that point. Because you need that free space in your hands to line it up with the TV's mounting points. I hope this helps speed up your installation. Overall good quality, not flimsy but not heavy either. Made for lightweight TVs/monitors, low profile looks great!
