bought for Pioneer '09. Wife recently left garage and smashed mirror on B-pillar. I didn't want to pay 150 for an original mirror. it was a great replacement. only lasted about ten minutes. You simply remove the clip from the panel behind the mirror, remove a couple of rivets at the bottom of the door panel, remove the door latch/window mechanism under the handle that latches so you can remove the connector going to the mirror, unscrew the three mirror mounting screws and reverse reattach ok. Looks great, wife is happy. The only downside is that the molding around the mirror doesn't sit flush with the door, so there's a small gap, but unless you look for it you won't see it.
