GREAT for travel!
My two grandchildren aged 10 and 9 used their sketchbooks along with a tin of crayons on long flights (5-6 hours) and to create an artistic 'diary' of their vacation. ! The notebook is sturdy, well bound and the paper is thick enough that the ink wouldn't bleed through the page if you were using colored pencils. I intend to buy more of these!
