Review on Jabra PanaCast USB Meter Cable by Justin Gomez

I could not use this 'hub' as intended for a Jabra Panacast camera. It won't plug into my Class-C USB port to charge, power, or plug anything. It doesn't work as an extender or class C hub - doesn't even work with a converter to previous types of USB hubs, or with an HDMI cable - it comes with a connector for that. There were no instructions either. I'm hoping for feedback here so I can change my rating. But as it stands, the device I found is either unusable or broken. Please provide at least a link to the manual. If I can get it working properly, I'll keep it to myself. Otherwise, I'm about to make a comeback. Until now it was only used to power the camera. But once it's connected, you can't connect anything else - you can't connect the camera to your computer or this device won't work.
