I asked a longtime sous vide chef what he would recommend for pouches and seals and he suggested it to me and I couldn't be happier. It also makes storing food in the freezer much easier. I didn't want a vacuum sealer and unlike one of them, SousBear takes up almost no space and I've already reused two bags. I honestly don't know when I'll even be able to use 30 bags when they're so easy to clean and I only use a few at a time. Everything in the picture came as described and is easy to use. Very glad they include clips as well as I was about to buy some new ones. This thing has made sous vide cooking and food storage a lot easier.
