The first thing that struck me was that the bone broth powder was actually about 90% full, as opposed to the usual 75% or less that other companies make. As for the bone broth itself, it actually didn't taste as bad as I thought it would (I tried some of the powder on my finger). It has no sugar and is unflavoured, so I was expecting it to taste quite unpleasant, but it tastes neutral. I use mine in protein shakes. I used about 1 cup kefir goat milk, some organic plant-based milk, some water, 3 frozen bananas, 5 ice cubes, 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate jelly powder, and 1 scoop organic bone broth powder. it actually tasted very good, but that was probably because the bananas were fairly fermented and frozen for sweetness. I wasn't gassy and drank it down pretty quickly. Quality product, I will definitely buy more.
