I am very disappointed in this laptop stand. My sister bought a stand a few months ago, it's very strong but a bit heavy and difficult to handle. So when I was ready to buy a stand I thought I'd look for something lighter and more manoeuvrable. Based on the rave reviews I really thought this stand was the answer but was very disappointed when it arrived. First, it's a lot bigger than I expected, so it's not compact at all. Second, it's not particularly pretty or tidy and looks awkward and clunky on my desk like I did a really bad job assembling Leggo! I wanted lightweight but certainly not cheap and flimsy in appearance! Last but not least, he is not that easy to manipulate. You need to adjust each side individually or individually and then tune the other side to the exact degree of rotation. The degree scale is very difficult to read and it is almost impossible to see the mark on the scale. I have to put my glasses on and I'm still peering and squinting to see the marker. Unfortunately, since I live outside the US, it wouldn't be worth returning it for me, otherwise I would definitely do it. I will order a suitable replacement and send it to the landfill!
