I’m so sad about this issue…. I got the stand and the battery packs on August 12th and everything was great! I was so excited to be able to have a all in one type of system. So for about 10 days everything worked fine, but then when I went to put one of my controllers (with the battery pack on the back) onto the charging station it wasn’t charging. I heard it click in when I put it in the slot. But no charge. I then just do a quick scan of the charging dock port and the battery pack charging port. The battery pack charging port got pushed all the way into the battery pack by the charging dock port… so now it is unable to be charged and useless… I’m very sad about this and the unfortunate terrible quality of that battery pack port…
