Lighter than expected!
Purchased it purely because my attention was caught by the mention of pockets. The fabric is much lighter than I anticipated, but that's not a detriment because it makes the skirt easy to wear. Please buy according to measurements as they fit true to size, and there is plenty of stretch in the waistband. The length of the skirt in medium is perfect for someone like me 5'1.5"/156CM, so it's a forgiving length, but it does get longer as you go up a size. Very comfortable and not sheer at all and works for both casual and business casual events.
