is difficult to install. These look very well made. The plastic is thick and durable. Rubber adapters for different size mounting rails appear to be of high quality. The difficulty with them is to attach the object to the top of the mount. There are 3 mounting holes, and the spacing may make it difficult to install easily and "cleanly" on some objects. You can of course drill through the top of the object to be installed, but if it's a solar panel your options are somewhat limited. Most panels have narrow bezels and you will need to create a mounting surface. If the bracket had a different configuration of mounting holes it would be easier.
