I've used this mic for disagreement calls (while gaming) as well as meetings and Zoom conferences. Participants said my voice was clear, with virtually no distortion, as if I was speaking in person. The microphone also worked without any problems when I used Bluetooth headphones. Setup: Extremely easy, just plug and play. It looked intimidating right away as the user manual didn't tell you exactly how to set it up, but it's very EASY. . You don't need much more than the picture in the instructions. After installing the microphone in the shock mount, all you have to do is connect the USB connector as shown in the picture. Mute button: very useful, very reactive, no hard press or anything required. There's no clicking sound when you click to mute, which is a big plus! Another thing I liked about this product is the color indicator. My family would know they couldn't speak to me while my mic light was green. I recommend using this button instead of or in conjunction with the mute button in your applications, as you may remember unmuting on the screen but not on the physical microphone. You'll stop forgetting about it after long-term use, so it's still a good thing. Accommodation: just right. Whether you put it on its side or directly in front of you, the mic works very well. It doesn't take up as much space as I thought it would. I'm sitting in a chair about 1-2 feet from the mic and he can hear me perfectly when I'm speaking at a normal conversational level, although the manual recommends a 4-8 inch distance from the mic. Support service: friendly and responsive. I emailed support when I had an issue with another mic and they were very patient and responded quickly (less than a day). Most problems can be solved by following the instructions in the user manual, which lists steps/helpful tips to get the most out of the microphone. Overall: 5 stars.
