I purchased this product in March 2018. I didn't use it until late May or early June. I used it to melt glue sticks. A friend recommended him to me. When the product is turned on, it heats up quickly and melts the glue, but after about 3 minutes of use, the pan cools down enough for the glue to become too hard. I called the manufacturer to complain. . The customer service rep told me to email her all my purchase information and said they would replace it. I received an email from her saying I had to fill out this form and pay for them to send me a new one and have this form returned. Shipping costs me more than a new pan. I'm going to throw it in the trash because it is.
