SONOFF ZBMINI is a good solution to turn an ordinary switch into a smart switch. The unit is thicker than expected, making it difficult to connect to an American one-piece box with extra wires and a couple of wire nuts. The connector on the ZBMINI is fine when there is very little voltage on the wires, but when I put the entire assembly in the box the connectors came loose. I ended up replacing the box with a double box to free up space. ZBMINI quickly registers when the light switch toggles, turning the light on or off. The ZBMINI easily connects to my Echo Plus Zigbee hub and is controlled by the Echo system. . The application response is very fast, less than a second. The Echo app doesn't register when the switch is manually toggled, so the app showed that the power was still on when I manually toggled the switch off.
