**BUYER WARNING** I requested a refund and never received a label. I emailed the seller to request a return label as they sent another to replace the damaged one (the cable kept shorting out). I never got a reply from the seller, I've been charged twice and now I have two useless microscopes. The second is on the USB port, the flip part keeps falling off and getting stuck in my computer. Very disappointed and I would not recommend the product or the seller! ***Update: The seller never contacted me and I was still billed twice for two useless items. ***
