I received a good quality computer lock, easy to set up and even if I had to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions I was able to set my own combination Password to No .time (next time I'll look at the Revain site to read the online manual). One thing I can say, there is no difference between this product and others that cost almost twice as much. The block is all metal (steel cable) and includes dividers in case you need to add some sort of separation between the lock and your laptop. I don't need this feature but I suspect some hardware might need it if the manufacturer includes these 3 things. Think. The lock was too big for the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 security slot. Apparently, some Ultrabook style computers have a smaller security slot, and this set doesn't include the sticky protection plate, which you need to purchase separately. However, the lock worked as expected on an HP laptop, a Brother scanner, and a crooked Scepter monitor, all with standard security slots. Bottom line, I saved money, got fast shipping (2 days) and a quality computer lock. It can't get any better.
