I'll start by saying: I love this band! And I love that it comes with all the tools to add or subtract links for a custom for! I have two concerns. One, there were smudges of something on the band when I opened it. I thought it was damage, but I was able to rub it off. Just kind of a bummer to open something brand new and have stuff on it already. Two, the screws that hold the clamp in place were both loose. This is the clamp that holds the Fitbit to the band. Fortunately, I have a screwdriver small enough to tighten these and I'll monitor closely. If you buy this, just take a second and take a peek to make sure the screws aren't about to fall out. That would be such a bummer. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase.
