My awesome product driver was not personable at all, almost rude! You can tell him I said it! He seemed annoyed that he had to carry my package up to my door, as is proper, instead of leaving it in the building's lobby, where my packages were opened and handled 3 times! I'm disabled and live in a building with an elevator that I can't see. Why do I have to get up to collect my package in the lobby? You can tell him I said it! And without a mask. We have a pandemic for Christ's sake! Not very happy! He seemed very annoyed! I asked him twice for the name on the package and he just didn't answer me, just gave it to me without even checking if it was mine! It looked like a language issue but I'm Hispanic and spoke our language and still didn't respond! Like I said, very annoying! I was surprised because every day I delivered Amazon, you can check it and he was the first to not. Dry-friendly at all! Anyway I got my package, I was expecting 2 but since he didn't answer I just closed the door and went about my business! As they say, I had a very bad taste in my mouth! And I love my little fan, it's amazing! I'm a social person and I'm 69 years old, I've worked in customer support for over 34 years and I've had a bad day! And it showed! I've proudly served my audience no matter what! (New York Telephone Company) in English and proudly in Spanish! Again, you can tell him I said so! I still love Raven!
