It is not yet clear to what extent this product has helped alleviate our dogs apparent stress and anxiety as we are a little late on this in the training program of their lives. Our trainer felt they were too stressed to immediately benefit from the transition to a more disciplined lifestyle, so suggested we try this product. While her stress levels have dropped significantly over the past few months since starting Calm Shen, this change also has a clear correlation to the actual training and leadership performance that we have all achieved through training. I can report this from my own experience; In my opinion, if there was a calming response to using this product, it was most likely subtle and likely overshadowed by the improvement in handling and attitude that came with effective training. Personally, I think Calm Shen can be a good complement to careful and skillful behavior modification techniques. A little pro. Since using Calm Shen, we've had to change two containers (minor hiccups, but we're very careful). We exchanged one through Revain and the other directly through Herbsmith. I don't want to burden the good folks at Revain, but trading Revain was *much* easier than trading Herbsmith.
