Bought on recommendation of our dog trainer. It takes about thirty days to really notice anything, but it really helps. Our vet gave us medication for separation anxiety and hyperactivity but we just hated how it affected her. So try that. Yes, it costs a few dollars but it's worth it. She still suffers from separation anxiety, but it's not as bad as it used to be. As far as hypertransition goes, it's much more stable. Now we can actually cuddle with her.

I bought this on the recommendation of another pet owner of the same breed as me. I have not noticed any change due to this over the counter drug. I consulted with a veterinary resource before adding it to a Prozac treatment I was already using. Anyway, towards the end of the 30 day supply, my dog's behavior deteriorated. My dog chewed and swallowed the medication mixed with the food with no problem so it's probably easy to use, but my overall score isn't high because it didn't help.

Overall I notice a difference in my dogs with these but it's only 1-2 points. I have 2 rescues that can be aggressive. This helps keep them from getting scared as easily, which helps cause less aggression. But my dog, who directed the aggression, does not need it, so they are muzzled in front of the house. I will continue to use this product on my boys because even those 1-2 notches make them a little more manageable.
