Review on ACE 3-inch Elastic Bandage Wrap with Hook Closure in Beige: Ultimate Support and Comfort by Ronald Ingram

They * are attached with Velcro; ignore the description!

Whatever the description and packaging says, it *is* a Velcro strap, not the kind you're supposed to wear with those $&#$(* little metal clips that inevitably curl up : a) flies away and disappears under the sofa while desperately trying to wrap one hand around your wrist/arm/elbow, keeping the bandage taut and maneuvering the clamps; b) you slip off immediately after you manage to hook your teeth into the bandage, frustrating all your painstaking wrapping work and forcing you to repeat it from the beginning; c) come loose during sleep and go unnoticed until you either roll over in bed or bump into them, or get out of bed and put your foot on them; d) mysteriously disappear into the curvature of spacetime in your linen closet (or wherever you keep them) leaving you with six ace mates and zero brackets. Read the leaflet. -- he gives you instructions on how to reroll the bandage so the velcro is on the right side - and I suggest when you've done that, take a marker and write "this side out" and "this side to the skin" on the end, no velcro that comes out when you roll it; this will save you grumbling later.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
