Review on Bushnell 360401 Back Track Original: Your Ultimate Personal GPS Locator by Mark Estrada

It's too early to say for sure, but after a few walks around town I'm not sure if this is reliable enough to use in the country. I've seen YouTube videos of this thing taking people back to the right place but when I used it yesterday it pointed me in the completely wrong direction to get home. Then he pointed right this morning, but I was still 148 yards away while standing on my own step. I will test it this weekend and then decide whether to open my second one or not. on a night outback trip, I don't think this device will work. He didn't even point north as he stood by the old-fashioned compass. When we turned it on to return to the car the next morning, it didn't remember where the place was. This can be a great tool in a big city if you can't find your way back to your car in a parking lot, or maybe help you find your hotel back in New York. But when I'm there, I'll probably only rely on my phone.
