Review on 🍶 Flyboo 17oz Olive Oil Dispenser - Stainless Steel Leak Proof Oil Bottle for Kitchen, 500ML Olive Oil Decanter by Andrea Young

The fatal defect of the oil dispenser is that the seal in the lid is not sitting well. Because of this, the oil spills out every time I use it. I upload three pictures to describe the main problem. The first picture shows that the seal inside the cap is completely covered in oil - a sign of insufficient sealing. The second and third pictures show that there is leakage around the pad after using the cooking dispenser. .I pulled it tight enough to make sure it didn't leak, but couldn't manage it. I bought two dispensers from this brand - one for olive oil and the other for avocado oil. Olive oil is comparatively thicker, so it flows out slowly. But avocado oil is more liquid, a lot flows out. Update: I finally contacted the seller about the leak issue. You mentioned that there should be a white silicone disc inside the dispenser cap as shown in the fourth picture. But both dispensers I received are missing silicone discs. They agreed to send me new dispensers to replace the broken two I received. So I'm increasing my rating for the customer support I've received so far to four stars. As an additional note, it would be great if the manufacturer mentions the presence of the silicone disc in their product documentation so that the buyer can verify this upon receipt of the product. . I haven't received the replacement dispensers yet. But if you look at the picture (sent by Flyboo support) it looks like a regular puck prone to falling. I have noticed that several customers have the same problem with the leak. The product documentation would help to take corrective action.
