I bought a new fully and it was very important to me that I maintain it properly so that I can keep it as good as new for as long as possible. After about 30 rides, this lube has kept my fork and shock nice and clean. I just apply a little to the fork/shock, work my fingers on the dust boots, pump the fork/shock a few times and wipe off the excess with a microfiber towel. I use it about every 10 rides, which is about every two months, but the trails I ride are very gritty and gritty and can damage the fork. I also wanted to point out that I have an old hardtail mountain bike that I bought after sitting outside all winter. The fork was dirty but without knowing anything I figured it was just grease and that should be there. Drive it for years without a second thought until I realized it shouldn't be covered in dark goo. So I took the fork off, gave it a good clean, and then used this lube to get rid of the extra sand and keep it running smoothly. I've never felt this fork move so well - it's like new! Highly recommend this product to save your investment.
