I have an apartment in Florida and the exhaust fan sounded like a jet and didn't spin intermittently. I checked the model number (Broan 680) and found the correct part at Revain. It fits perfectly and I installed it in under 10 minutes. Pulling out the old fan is more difficult since it's right above the toilet and you can't get a ladder into the room. The new fan will turn on after about 30 seconds. This fan is much quieter.
