Poor customer service from my pet
I received my model 6168 Dash Three device for my three dogs, this is the second device I have bought from my pet. It stopped working after two months, so I called myself darling, they couldn't find me on their system, so they didn't help me fix or replace my system, they didn't really care. Thank god I had an extended warranty from a warranty company. I took care of it otherwise I would be fucked, this is the second time I have not solved the problem, they are not very good at tracking customer info because I should have been in their system but if there is a Problem there, they can't find you. Comfortable I would say.
