Overall I really like this panel but buyers should be aware that there are some caveats: 1. If you don't put anything solid or something with a horizontal ridge underneath it, the Sagging side without hinge. For example, if you place this panel over a shelf, it will sag significantly. It's not aesthetically pleasing and I had to creatively rearrange some things in my stance to accommodate this limitation. Even if you follow rule #1, the tiles will not be 100% horizontal, and this becomes more apparent when you place more than one of these blank tiles in a row.3. If you place more than one of these panels side by side, opening the bottom panel will cause the top panels to sag, and closing the bottom panel will require pushing the top panels up with one hand while holding the bottom panel with the closed to others. .To be honest I think these are small bugs in an otherwise very good product, and I'm not sure if it's possible to develop a version of this product without these bugs. It would be helpful if these limitations were mentioned in the product description. Otherwise it's a solid product and I recommend it, just keep the above points in mind.
