Review on ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Inkbird Wireless Thermometer IBS-TH2: Bluetooth Temperature Sensor for Freezers with Android and iOS APP (Temperature Sensor ONLY) by Gervan Mauldin

Compact bluetooth thermometer

, a very small device that connects to my iPhone up to 10 feet away. You need to download their app to read the temperature. It doesn't come with the 2 AAA batteries it needs to run, but it's nearly accurate with ambient temperature readings compared to my instant-read Inkbird thermometer. Nice graphical ability, it's possible to set the alarm to ring outside of the user-configurable high and low settings, but that would require a constant connection for real-time alerts, so it's not possible if you're just using your phone and are usually gone from the sensor. Time. Adding Wi-Fi would be nice, but I'm not sure how that affects battery life. The only complaint is that it takes 40-60 seconds to fully update the temperature history on each connection. The batteries have a long lifespan and at the current rate of discharge, even in the fridge, I would expect them to last around 4-6 months before needing to be replaced. I have several other Inkbird products and intend to purchase more. We look forward to a more fully functional temperature sensor. Full Disclosure - I received this item for free in exchange for this review.
