I got this RGB led wip for my JK jeep it looks good on the quad. So I got a 5ft black beautiful piece, fast forward 3 days, got into my JK and tried to change my color but couldn't! Tried again and it doesn't work! So I tried another 12V power supply, no I saw that the item has been closed for a year 😃 great, I thought I contacted the seller! I told them I had a problem with the item listed, was told they would send me a replacement, I waited and nothing came when I checked back to see the item was in stock and on sale, contacted passed the listed seller again and was told to wait days and nothing contacted batman again and noted they had refunded my money but the unsatisfied item was not covered. Be careful when you spend your money, you work hard to get it, you expect better customer service.
