Small and bright COB LED panel

I work in construction and need a bright and cheap yellow light. The COB LED light is perfect for this job. Other reviews say "this light is bright" and they aren't kidding. Just turn on the light on your car. The rubber coated magnets are really strong, plug them into your cigarette lighter, turn them on and choose from 1 of 19 flash patterns.
