I have bought many photo equalizers and this is the best quality head for my carbon fiber monopod! I have bought RRS sheets and they are some of the best body and lens sheets BUT they cost so much and when you could buy these made in RRS for $$$ more and it wasn't worth it I was concerned that they would only costs $59.95. How could it be as good as the RRS monopod head? Well I am very happy that it is of very high quality! It's very fluid as I wanted to use it with a Sigma 150-600 lens and once I put the lens on this lens and I have so many monopod heads this is the last one! I really like that I can use the big knob to adjust how tight the front to back movement is and once you've adjusted it how tight you want to stay and what else do you think of it when I'm with my 150 lenses 600 points walking around? to the ground and locked tightly with the quick release head, and I can tilt the monopod to the sky and carry it very easily. So if you want to use a monopod but need a strong and quality head to use with a large lens, BUY IT NOW!
