Really liked it when I first got it

Really liked it when I first got it. It looked great, fit perfectly and sounded better than I expected. But then the white light indicating the input source disappeared and was no longer visible. I was angry. Another bad news. Now when it turns on, the volume at full blast - wakes up the kids and is very annoying to the audience, especially me. I could not contact the manufacturer or GOgroove. Please help me. Thanks in advance.PMaloney
