Hookup was easy and sounds very good (especially for the price). The only real problem is that I can't program another universal remote to control it. There might be a controller but I haven't found it yet. But if you don't need a remote then this is a very good soundbar for the price. A definite improvement over TV speakers.

Flat screen TV is annoying, we all know that. I found a good deal on this soundbar. It's ok and I like the BT connection but the volume doesn't suit me. I run it "fully open" and that's barely enough. I'm using a S/PDIF fiber optic cable to connect the TV to the speaker. I suspect there might be a problem with this, but it works. I'll try a set of old RCA cables and see if that makes a difference. The rest of the speaker works perfectly.

Really liked it when I first got it. It looked great, fit perfectly and sounded better than I expected. But then the white light indicating the input source disappeared and was no longer visible. I was angry. Another bad news. Now when it turns on, the volume at full blast - wakes up the kids and is very annoying to the audience, especially me. I first bought it for a fixed connection to the TV in the extra bedroom. This TV really doesn't get much use so I thought what a waste of money it would be in this room. I use it all the time for my bluetooth phone for music. I hang it on the kitchen wall, I take it off the wall and take it outside to put on the patio while cooking. I like that it's lightweight, portable, and Bluetooth-enabled. When the company comes, it's easy to connect it to the TV.

Sounds awesome but sounds like a portable speaker. It's better than my computer's internal speakers. My biggest issue has to do with the actual placement of the speakers themselves. The subwoofer should be right in the middle, not to the right. Speaking of the right, the right speaker should be on the right, not closer to the center.
