I had to pull a towel rail out of the wall and the wall was papered so I couldn't use regular drywall on the big hole. I needed something to fit the hole and allow me to reattach the towel rail. A standard drywall anchor or molly wouldn't fit in what was left. So I saw these and tried them. This allowed me to get these in the opening and then attach the bracket for the towel rail and the bracket was able to hide everything and not show any damage to the wallpaper. Did what I needed.
