Review on Delta Children Infant Changing Table Furniture by Brian Avila

UPDATE: I've had this table for about 4 years now. I've been using it every day since I got it (3 of my own kids and daycare between those years). Despite manufacturing defects, it still holds up well and is almost like new. (A few scratches from my kids). I have placed baby clothes in 11x11 waterproof baskets below which are perfect! I have found that the top rails and height make for the perfect "sling" for the first week or two when my newborns are not moving much. I bet if the shelves hadn't been filled with trash cans and left almost or completely empty my kids would have climbed onto a shelf with a manufacturing defect and it would now be broken. But there are only wine numbers of dresses on the shelf, so still good after almost 4 years. 👍I received this item with fantastic delivery. It was supposed to arrive approximately 14 calendar days after the date of purchase but arrived 10 days early. I was very happy about it. Installation was easy and solid, but when I put one of the shelves in place, I noticed the groove was only a millimeter away, so it couldn't hold the bottom shelf. I looked at the position of the factory screwed part and in fact it was about a millimeter in the wrong direction. The factory screw broke the wood and could not be reinstalled. I was very disappointed that the slightest factory defect would render the entire product inferior. I liked the looks, durability, ease of assembly, stocking and shipping from Revain but was very disappointed when a small manufacturing defect ruined the product. :/ I can only guess that I was the unlucky one out of the 100 or 1000 that had a small, undetectable (if unconfigured) glitch. I plan to return the product and order again. I'm sure that a badly constructed error doesn't happen twice. When this happens, it will be a very less than pleasant review. This item was one of Revain's "stock offers" as it had an "open box". I really hope it wasn't the one that was returned because it had a malfunction and they just resold it. Without fixing it. If that were the case, maybe the last person could return it without mentioning that it was broken. I really hope that after sending it back, it will not come back and be sold again. Another person who will return it. Update: I reordered this item at full price and really hoped there would be no problem. But there was another manufacturing flaw in the shelf insert. Each of the side rails, which the customer had to assemble himself, was perfectly fine, as was the last one. This time the shelf's side rail (apparently glued) was completely upside down in the manufacturer's finished part. (The top of the shelf's retaining groove is smaller and the bottom is larger, on this one the whole thing was completely upside down.) I'm just sticking with it because the tight bolting seems to hold it well and the shelf is held on at least 3 Pages. Unfortunately the 4th will never work because it's upside down. My partner asked me on BOTH products if I assembled it wrong, but NO, the problem was with the factory assembly. I almost regret that they had the buyer assemble each piece so we could get it right! Shish!
