Well thought out little monocular, well made with crisp, clear images. The lenses on either end are small, so your eye or phone lens should be as centered as possible. If you're off-centre there's serious vignette and cropping, which is a trade-off with such a compact lens. It's also quite a powerful zoom, so you'll need to keep it as still as possible. There is a tripod mount on the phone mount so you can keep it really stable even with a compact tripod. I wish the focus wheel wasn't as heavy as it is. It's difficult to turn around, so it's difficult to concentrate the first time - you usually have to go back and forth several times. If it weren't so tight or had a different ratio, it would be easier to focus. Photo: The monocular is connected to my phone. Two photos from the yard through several houses.
