BUY THESE instead of Nike or branded spanks! Half price and great quality! I do hot yoga every day and I usually wear branded clothes like Nike, Lulu Lemon or Under Armor and I need new pairs. Let me tell you - they are just as good! I will probably never buy a big brand again! I'm 5"2 and 130 lbs. These punches aren't visible when I bend forward.
