The platform on which the figures stand is inclined, causing the tree to twist. There is almost no snow. The music doesn't play very long. I am very disappointed and cannot give it away. Worst of all, I started my Christmas shopping early so the return window is now closed. I only noticed that when packing. There's not much time left until Christmas, so I'm stuck. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. If they reply with a solution I would be surprised and very impressed.
