Great Indoor Cycling Trainer
As a result of my tests i determined that this indoor cycling trainer is worth the investment. The setup was a breeze, and the trainer is very sturdy, silent, and smooth. It allows me to get a great cardio workout in my own home without the hassle of going to a crowded gym. The only con is that it may not fit all bike sizes .Overall, I highly recommend this product..
