I like the slim form factor of this computer and it still feels solid. I really like that the computer doesn't have a fan so I won't drown it out in bed or with suitcases and cause problems. My two problems were as follows: The right USB port didn't work right out of the box, so I had to send it to New Jersey for repair right away. Another issue is that I might not use the built-in speakers at a setting below 20%, which is the volume I typically listen at when I'm in my relatively quiet home. the only time you actually use them instead of headphones. They make this really annoying popping noise all the time.
