Get a pass! for heating, cooling and air quality

Leaking! It doesn't fill the reservoir, it just splatters on my floor. When I complained to the company they demanded a video of the floor leak and then a video of the entire unit. There were problems sending the video. Now it's in my basement shower, flowing straight down the drain. My 10 year old machine worked better than this one
