Got this as a Father's Day gift and loved that one of the trays wouldn't open so it was kind of a shame. I didn't accept it so I opened it with a butter knife. It turned out that one of the slate labels was too thick and stuck. After I removed that, it was perfect. I don't think many people have this problem, I just think natural stone played a role in its ability to not function properly. Looks good loaded. I would recommend it for fun or just throwing on some seasoned snacks for a causal meal or date.
