Netflix is not in the App Store and when you download and install the APK it says that it is not compatible with Android 10. Netflix is only compatible with versions 4.4 to 7.1 of Android. This is only a problem for the Netflix installation, not for this box. Netflix needs to update its app. The main complaint and one star is that it keeps freezing. I was watching a movie and it froze. I restarted and it hung again watching the same movement. It hums and doesn't respond to the remote control. return for refund. It's garbage.
