Use chrome cleaner
This is a great product for cleaning and maintaining wheels after they have been thoroughly cleaned with something else. Otherwise it is of no use for badly run wheels (clouding, water stains, brake dust etc.) that need a deep clean with a strong metal polish cleaner. If your wheels are already looking nice and shiny, then this product will keep them that way. If not, it won't do them much good.
