I like that they are committed to creating software tailored for small businesses, not big enterprises (if my experience with other CRM product/s fits in this category). The support team also seems very knowledgeable but don't know how much of it we receive when compared against large firms where sales teams often have limited knowledge as well! Easy integration into our website was essential so didn;t see any problems there - only benefits!! We're still testing some aspects though which could prove useful down the track - eg customer profiling via profile fields such as current industry sector or job role etc. Better user interfaces would be great especially considering its intended market size. Would love if you can make changes without having an admin go through approval process first before final version goes live because thats sometimes taking too long and delaying launch time. Integrating data from multiple sources into 1 dashboard makes reporting easier than trying 2+ tools separately & manually comparing information across them each individually. Nothing in particular. Mobilewalla is a very good platform to reach out to the targeted audience. The best part is that the platform is very user friendly. I have no complaints at all. I have been using the platform for a long time now. I have never faced any issues with the platform. I have been able to reach out to the target audience and also target them with the right content. Very good platform to reach out to the target audience.
