They provide exceptional service with quick responses at all hours or day for any request we have had over our almost 7 years in partnership! The staff has always been friendly & knowledgeable when providing guidance regarding implementation plans; they also are extremely good about making sure customers understand their solutions before recommending anything that may be out side-of -the box thinking from other providers!! This does not mean there hasn’t ever come up issues but it seems as if these can be resolved without much problem within days/weeks time frame than trying many months elsewhere (this really doesn't matter too me). The only problem I encountered was the time taken to do the online training courses. We used this application for the purpose of invoicing, purchase orders, quotes and managing suppliers.
