Simply put, it works best in temperature and humidity.

I cannot judge the accuracy, although the readings are reasonable. It's easy to use and very useful for checking very hot surfaces or hard-to-reach places.

Pros

User-friendly: The backlight makes it easy to see data at a glance. ℃/℉ conversion, data hold, low battery indicator, distance spot ratio 12:1.
