The screen was so easy to install it seemed too good to be true. (That's why I'd give "Easy Install" 4 stars.) Two days later we rolled it for the first time; We noticed that the bottom seam was torn near the corner. Also, the adhesive is significantly weaker than Velcro, so it detaches from the door frame when the screen is rolled up. This makes minimizing tedious and frustrating because when we minimized we literally removed the screen. garage door and wrapped around a roll! It pulled my garage door off the rails! I spent the rest of the day cutting and pulling the velcro and screen out of the pulley. I need to call someone to fix the damaged garage door! I wish Revane could get a full refund. At least I was then able to recoup part of the cost of renovating the house.
