In a parking lot crash, my fender buckled, preventing the passenger door from opening. The body shop charged $300 just to "reinstall" the door so it would open, so I figured it was worth it. The tool came quickly and fully met my expectations. After about 10 minutes I was able to adjust the fender enough for the door to work again. The biggest problem with this is the suction tool, which needs to be smooth and flat and at least 5 inches in diameter for the suction to work, which is hard to find on a modern car with all its lines and curves. Therefore, the suction cup was too big for me to deal with a lot of damage. Also clean the surface well before trying to use it - it doesn't work well on dusty/dirty surfaces. While it's not a magical suction cup, for $17 I was able to get the door working again, so I'd call this product a success.
