I am very happy with my stereo! Everything you need for installation was in the box except for a screwdriver. I was skeptical after ordering it because I didn't know if it would work with my Samsung Note 9. Works perfectly! I downloaded the JLink app but didn't need it, Bluetooth works without the app. BUT the music was not displayed on my SXM, an application may be required for this. I called my daughter just by pressing a button and saying her name without doing anything extra. Pretty important if you're still riding a stick! The charging pad opens/closes with the push of a button and does not close when the phone's stopper is still open, a very nice detail. The tray holds my phone pretty tight and it charges faster than I thought it would. You don't have to have your phone on a tablet for Bluetooth to work, just FYI. I didn't use the remote control, I forgot it. lol Sound seems great (change speakers tomorrow). In general, I am delighted with this stereo! GREAT WORK Jensen!
